Airline Partner

Conference Planning Resources, Ltd. Has partnered with American Airlines to provide discounts for additional savings for your attendees. A Discount Agreement will apply to groups of ten or more traveling from various cities to a common destination. This discount is valid for travel to and from all markets where American Airlines, American Eagle, AA codeshare carriers and all oneworld alliance partners provide service. Highlights of this agreement include:
  • A five percent (5%) discount off all eligible published fares, all cabins.
  • After the ticket is purchased, but at least 48 hours prior to outbound flight departure date, the name may be changed for a service fee.
  • Blocked space and deposit are not required.
  • Use of AA Meeting Services Desk for reservations and ticketing or, booking can be completed via

There is no additional ticketing fee for reservations made via However, there will be a separate ticketing fee of $20.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased via the phone, or $30.00 USD per ticket for tickets purchased at the airport.
